Whole milk
1 liter
Heavy cream
1 cup
Sugar
1/2 cup

Saffron threads
1/4 teaspoon, lightly crushed
Cardamom powder
1 teaspoon
Pistachios
1/4 cup, chopped
Rose water
2 tablespoons

Soak the saffron threads in 2 tablespoons of warm milk for 10 minutes.

Add the sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
