1 tbsp soy sauce

2 garlic cloves

1 tbsp sugar

1 bunch scallions
thinly sliced
1 green chili
finely chopped
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

For the Tacos

8 hard taco shells
1 cup kimchi
roughly chopped
1 cucumber
julienned
1 cup shredded lettuce
