1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt

1 onion
finely chopped
2 cloves garlic
minced
2 tsp fresh ginger
grated
1 red bell pepper
diced
1 cup corn kernels
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
2 cups vegetable broth
2 tbsp fish sauce

For the Flavors

1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
(optional for heat)
Salt to taste
