2 full racks of pork ribs
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

For the Guava Glaze

1 cup guava paste
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup passionfruit pulp (fresh or canned)
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
